As one of Beechwood Grill’s food trucks, Wood Truck BBQ serves up slow-smoked, tangy barbecue dishes. Try the Asian pork tacos, made with smoked pork, chipotle barbecue sauce, Asian slaw and sriracha. The pork parfait is also a hit — layers of smoked pork and beans topped with coleslaw. The truck also serves up a new special every week as well as signature sides — try the mac and cheese, you won’t regret it.

Spice Boys Food Truck
Utilizing culture and the spices of the world, Spice Boys offers vibrant dishes with the familiar taste of authentic home cooking. Spice Boys serves up street tacos and sides of pineapple fried rice. The tacos are available with steak, pork or veggies and come garnished with fresh cilantro, onion and lime.
Tulip City Brewstillery, located on the south side of Holland, is the truck’s home base, and hours of operation and location changes can be found on Spice Boys’ Facebook and Instagram pages.

Mr. Big Slice
Beechwood Grill’s second food truck, Mr. Big Slice serves up authentic, New York-style, thin-crust pizza. Made in a brick oven, the pizzas are 16 inches in size and cut into six slices — hence the name, Mr. Big Slice. Holy Smokers BBQ
Prior to opening Holy Smokers BBQ food truck, the owners cooked and competed professionally in competition barbecue. With two permanent locations in Fremont and Zeeland, the truck serves up classic barbecue staples — pork, chicken and beef brisket. Holy Smokers is also known for its award-winning sides — mac and cheese, barbecue beans, coleslaw and potato salad.

Smoke’N Joe’s BBQ
Opened in May of 2017, Smoke’N Joe’s began with a tent, smoker, food license and a dream. Now, the food truck serves authentic barbecue in Saugatuck, Fennville, Allegan and Holland.
