As we turn the corner from winter to greet warmer weather, families are looking for ways to enjoy the sunnier and longer days.

Get off the couch and get out of the house with your family to explore the sprouting lakeshore. Whether outdoors or inside a local attraction, you and your family can discover ways to stay busy and move on from the winter blues.

Critter Barn

Probably one of the best times to visit Critter Barn in Zeeland is in the spring; visitors will not only get to see the baby animals but interact with them as well. This year’s Spring Fling is from April 3–10; come by the farm to touch and hug ducklings, chicks, bunnies, lambs, kids and calves. If planning to go on a nice March or April afternoon, pack a lunch and enjoy it at one of the tables by the front pasture.
