I must say, my first visit to Bodhi left me energized and ready for the day. When I walked in, I was instantly greeted by Loraine, one of the owners. She gave me a tour of the studio and introduced me to a few other yoga students; I felt welcome in no time. At Bodhi, your first class is always free, and I thought that was really cool — something I’d never heard of before.
I took an all-levels Yogi’s Choice class; it was gentle and great for beginners. Bodhi offers a variety of classes based on skill level, and in addition to yoga, it offers qi gong and tai chi.
I was also impressed by all of the different services — manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, reiki, waxing and nutritional therapy are just a few that Bodhi offers. I could easily spend an afternoon (or an entire day) here.
