Deep Dish Blueberry Pizza

Ingredients for crust
2 refrigerated pie crusts
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup chopped nuts, pecans, walnuts, etc. (optional)
Ingredients for topping
4 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation for crust
Press both pie crusts into pie pan, creating two layers. Bake pie crusts at 350 F for 15 minutes. Blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla and nuts. Pour over the pie crusts and bake for an additional 10-13 minutes. Cool pie crusts.
Preparation for topping
Mix two cups of blueberries with 1/4 cup of sugar and set aside. In a saucepan mix the remaining sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, salt and water. Add the remaining blueberries and butter. Bring to a boil and simmer until thickened. Add the sugared blueberries. Cool the blueberry mixture, then pour into the pie crust.
