1. Contribute to your 2018 IRA

3. Discuss new regulatory changes with a financial advisor
4. Review your risk tolerance
5. Review your progress toward your financial goals

Start 2019 off on the right foot

1. Increase contribution to your employer-sponsored retirement plan
2. Max out IRA or Roth IRA
3. Build an emergency fund — three-six months’ worth
4. Control your debts; the less debts to pay, the more you can save for your future
