You gotta try Aldea Coffee

It’s all about origin at Aldea Coffee, located in the Armory Building in downtown Grand Haven. All of its coffees are specialty grade and purchased at above fair-trade prices from coffee farmers who live in the mountains of La Union, Honduras.

Barista Elly Bollweg offers a nitro cold brew, which is served straight from the tap — not over ice — and in a tulip glass. Coffee infused with nitrogen creates a creamy, stout-like effect, she said.
