You gotta try breakfast at The Biscuit and The Southerner
|Rise and shine for our favorite breakfast at…
The Biscuit
The Biscuit’s owners believe that breakfast should be a creative meal, too. Their focus is to make food from scratch with natural, unprocessed ingredients, sourced locally, if possible. Owners Rob and Tracy met while attending the Denver School of Culinary Arts, and later moved to West Michigan.
DeAnna Calanchi, server, holds a favorite of The Biscuit, its Chicken-Apple Hash. The hash contains chicken, sweet peppers, onions, potatoes, bacon, cheese and, of course, apples.

Servers Gaby Castro and Alex Greiner share three favorite breakfast options at The Southerner. Left to right: Chilaquiles Verde, a Nashville Hot Chicken Biscuit Sandwich, and Shrimp and Grits.
