You gotta try JP’s Coffee and Espresso Bar

In downtown Holland, JP’s Coffee and Espresso Bar is a landmark coffee shop dating back to 1993. Known for impressive latte art and building lasting relationships with customers, JP’s is gearing up for summer with its cold-brew coffee.

Assistant manager and barista Erik Rice preserves flavor in the cold brew with a lengthy process. “I take close to about 5 pounds of coffee, which ends up making about 17 liters of coffee, and it’s an 18-hour brew process,” he said. “It’s a good way to show the character of the coffee without diluting it.”
