You gotta try the Seventy-Six

The downtown Holland restaurant puts together memorable meals using the bounty of local farms and artisanal products from around the world. Krista Shoemaker, dining room manager, recommends adobo-glazed chicken tacos garnished with cabbage slaw, cucumber pico, citrus mojo sauce, spicy sauce, micro cilantro and radish. Chicken tacos have been on the menu since the restaurant opened in October.
