The Book Cellar is located in Grand Haven’s historic Center Town. With thousands of consignment books, comic books, rare books and new releases, The Book Cellar is a go-to bookstore for special orders around the world and has quickly become the People’s Choice and Neighborhood Favorite bookstore. The main reason for the booming popularity would be the amazing selection and the two massive Bernese mountain dogs, Tank and Brady, that are in the store daily. Owners Amy and Mike O’Brien shared some summer book recommendations.

Joshua Duffy is a professional bodyguard and he’s one of the world’s elite operatives. That is, he was until his last mission in Lebanon. Against all odds, Josh got his primary out alive, but the cost was high. Josh lost his lower left leg. There’s not much call for an elite bodyguard with such an injury. So, Josh has to support his family working as a mall cop in New Jersey. A lucky run-in with an old friend promises to get Josh back in the field for one last job. The UN is sending a peace mission into the Sierra Madre mountains in Mexico, an area so dangerous it’s known as the Devil’s Spine. Only a fool would think they could broker peace between the homicidal drug cartels in the region, and only a madman would sign on to keep those fools alive. But Josh does and the ensuing adventure is nonstop madness and mayhem! Taking a break from the Gray Man series, Greaney shows he is not a one-hit wonder.
