You gotta try The 205 Coffee Bar

New to Holland in April, The 205 Coffee Bar sets itself apart from other local coffee shops by serving beverages on tap, such as nitro cold brew coffee, kombucha and espresso. As for its baked goods, the coffee bar partners with local bakeries deBoer Bakkerij and The Oven Mitt.

Manager and barista Luke Petro recommends the nitro cold brew. “The nitro cold brew is our normal cold brew, nothing is added, it’s just agitated by the nitrogen gas,” he said. “It gives it that smooth, creamy taste, kind of like a Guinness beer. People absolutely love it.”
